A road cooperative may apply for subsidies from the ELY Centre for the basic upgrades of a private road, if the road is eligible for state subsidies. Learn more about the eligibility conditions and application instructions on our website.

The state does not subsidise private road winter maintenance or other maintenance. In cases other than basic upgrades, you may contact the municipality for subsidies.
