Posti defines the location of a mail box according to the Postal Act and the Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority’s regulation. The damage resulting from normal road maintenance measures to a mail box placed according to Regulation (61/2011) of the Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority is to be compensated by Posti.
