Why has my feedback disappeared from the map?

Feedback will be displayed on the map for a period of two weeks after customer service has forwarded it to experts or the situation was last updated. New messages supporting previous feedback will also extend the period the feedback is visible on the map by two weeks. Reports of the condition of the road that are sent directly to the contractor are shown on the map for a period of three days after the last update (i.e. the contractor has commented or signed off on the message).

Please note that you can filter notifications (contractor messages) and feedback according to their time and subject. You can choose how far back you want to go when viewing feedback, whether you want to see feedback, notifications on road condition, or both.
